Open Play Questions

Is there any age limit for my child to play and jump?
Tiger Bounce is for children 10 years and younger. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or parent at all times. The only exception is during our Youth Nights and Parents’ Night Out, where guests are allowed to be dropped off pending a signed waiver.
Can we walk in and play anytime?
Yes, we are open 7 days a week to the public!
Are Socks Required?
To help us maintain the healthiest environment, socks are required for every person using our equipment. Any guest, including adults, walking in play and jumping areas are required to wear socks. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you forget your socks, they are available for purchase for your convenience.
Are parents/adults allowed to jump?
Adults may help assist small children in bounce houses, but are not allowed to jump. Safety is a priority and any jumping privilege is at the sole discretion of the Tiger Bounce management.
If I pay admission and leave the premises, can I come back later?
Daily admission fees are good all day! Obtain a re-entry pass if you plan to return the same day.
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members may be included on the same waiver. Feel free to complete our waiver online to expedite your entrance to Tiger Bounce.
Are outside food or beverage allowed?
No. We have a full concession stand available. The only exceptions to this is that you are allowed to bring in a cake with a RESERVED birthday party and baby bottles.
Are the toys and inflatables cleaned often?
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment is our top priority. In order to eliminate up to 99.9 percent of most common germs, we sanitize all inflatable surfaces daily. In addition to those measures, we also have a “yucky bucket” located in the infant and toddler area so once a child is finished playing with a toy it can immediately be placed in the bucket to be cleaned, sanitized and ready for another child to enjoy!
Are there group discount rates?

Birthday Party Questions

Does Tiger Bounce have private party rooms?
Yes, we have 4 private party rooms at Tiger Bounce. Party rooms are available for private reservations. A Tiger Bounce attendant will coordinate with you to tailor the party to your needs.
How many guests can I invite?
Each party room is designed to hold up to 12 guests. We do have the option to open two rooms for a larger party to accommodate up to 24 guests. Whatever the party size we are happy to and accommodate you and your larger party. Please cclick here to see our birthday party packages for pricing.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host and supervising adults are required to stay at the party. Parents accompanying a child or party guest are free. Please keep in mind that they are not included in your pizza, beverage and seating count.
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
Everyone, including family members, should arrive 10-15 minutes before the party start time. We need to collect the waivers and get all bouncers equipped with a party stamps and Tiger Bounce Play Rules before they start jumping. You are welcome to come earlier and play, however please note other parties will be in session and access to your private room will be as scheduled and not earlier.
When do I need to provide Tiger Bounce with a final head count and place my final food order?
A Tiger Bounce party host will contact you a few days prior to your event for a final count. This allows us to make any final adjustments to your party package.
Can I bring an outside cake to my party?
You are permitted to bring a cake with a RESERVED birthday party only. We do not provide cake or dessert with party reservations.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
We provide all of the plates, napkins, cups and utensils you will need.  No wall décor, streamers, balloons or confetti is permitted. Custom parties must be requested at the time of booking.
Can I stay in the party room for more than 90 minutes?
We have parties scheduled back to back on many occasions. However, you many be able to extend your party if the room is not booked.
What does the Tiger Bounce party host do?
Your Tiger Bounce party hosts will set up your room, cut, plate and serve all pizza, cake and beverages, collect and pack up all gifts and even load them in your car if you’d like. They will help keep the kids entertained and keep your party on schedule. Once the private room reservation is up, the kids are free to bounce and play all day! Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
How do I book a party at Tiger Bounce?
Just give one of our party hosts a call at (573) 303-3695 and they will be happy to assist you in planning the perfect party. For your convenience you can also book your party online here. Deposits of $50 for single and double party rooms are required at the time of booking. A single room can hold up to 12 children and the double room can hold up to 24 children.
What if need to reschedule my party?
We require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to reschedule your party and your party must be rescheduled within 90 days from the original party date. Remember that your $50 deposit is non-refundable (sorry, no exceptions).
